One evening I spilled a load of boiling hot water onto my feet. I was shocked and didn’t know what to do. My feet were scalding hot. After a few seconds I cold wet socks and started to do Wickes Way. I did it 10 times. I took off the socks and my feet were still very hot and red. I think there will be a blister. I have a phobia of snakes, and caterpillars. I would be terrified of picture of them in textbooks or on television, let alone seeing them in real life. I used NLP etc to treat this but it didn’t really work for me to be honest.
